Laser Accuracy
TVFM uses the Leica Disto, a precision laser, for rapid, easy, and precise measurements. The laser greatly enhances the speed at which we can measure your building, and eliminates extra personnel for a great variety of measurements. Gone is the need to climb ladders, or record measurements by hand. Accuracy is an exceptional 1.5mm with a range of 650 ft, as stated by the manufacture

Drawing Cleaning and Standardization
Having been in the industry for many years, we have worked with many CAD Packages. We know how to get your information from such drawing packages as AutoCAD®, Microstation®, and Drawbase® to name a few.

Proposal Layouts
Whether it is a new occupancy layout, electrical schematic, process piping plan, equipment layout, or riser diagram, we know how to put your information into a readable and useful format.

Space Plans
We are experts at preparation and maintenance of space drawings and their associated information. We can prepare CAD plans on lump sum or hourly basis.
