Managment Team

Janis Phelps, founder and general manager, is an innovative leader in the facilities management field, having presented at many conferences such as the Boston ARCHIBUS User Group (BAUG) and presentations International ARCHIBUS/FM User's Conference. She is a professional member of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), and has been a professional AutoCAD® Trainer since 1987. Janis has worked on numerious projects in electronics plants, national forests, government research labs, biotech labs, and teaching hospitals.

Mark Sanborn, co-owner, leads the Services Division and CAD As-Built team. Prior to joining Terminal Velocity FM, Mark served in the United States Navy for six years, and his twenty years of Construction Management and CAD Services experience allow him to create effective plans and documentation for our clients.
